During this workshop, I had the chance to listen to many great talks from which I have known better about the current research frontiers and gained fresh perspectives on certain research problems. I have had extensive discussions with my collaborators on our ongoing projects during the workshop and made some significant progress within this short time period. I am not actively searching for a job, but it will certainly affect my decision if I am involved in the hiring process. In general, the BIRS experiences will certainly help a candidate stand out among their peers. I am pretty sure the workshop will have a significant impact on the development of the field for the years to come.
